announced the introduction of a new line of interior use door models called The
SlimLine. Each model in the line is designed for specific market segments and/or
applications.
The DYNACO SlimLine Techno door is specially designed to reliably and
efficiently control small to medium interior door openings for electronics,
packaging, warehousing and processing applications. This door is designed to
facilitate demanding, high cycle operation where productivity, safety and
environment control are critical. The SlimLine Techno operates quickly and
quietly at speeds up to 6 feet per second. A superior seal, self re-inserting
design and exclusive soft curtain technology provide the maximum in safety,
efficiency and productivity available.
Safety is no accident. Fast paced environments and tight production schedules
can increase the potential for accidents. All high performance doors have the
potential for four types of accidents: lateral, downward, secondary and
entrapment. Only DYNACO can address, and virtually eliminate, all four types of
accidents with our patented "soft curtain" technology. Included as standard is
an infrared photo sensor system built into the side guides which provide
protection for anyone or anything that is under the door by instantly reversing
its travel. The soft bottom edge technology also incorporates a wireless
fail-safe reversing sensor that reverses the door should it come in contact with
people or product. And, in the event that all systems fail or are bypassed, our
exclusive Soft Curtain System protects pedestrians by eliminating all rigid

The seal’s the deal! DYNACO’s exclusive, patented bead technology and low
profile side-guide system provides a virtually perfect seal. The UHMW inner side
guide is self lubricating and virtually encapsulates the curtain retainer. This
technology provides ultra smooth, ultra quiet and ultra clean operation without
the use of damage prone, inefficient weather-strip systems. This patented DYNACO
system minimizes air exchange to differences in pressure up to 0.82 pounds per
square foot. The bottom of the door incorporates a soft bottom edge that
perfectly matches the contour of the floor. The top of the door is sealed by our
"spin tight" header seal, meaning that once closed, dust, dirt and particulate
matter just don’t get through. And, that’s critical to environmentally
controlled manufacturing.
Finally, let's talk about maintenance and down time, something no operation
needs. DYNACO's revolutionary design and self re-inserting technology feature an
array of exclusive, patented features. Utilizing a unique "soft curtain" design
allows DYNACO to eliminate many dangerous and damage prone components found on
conventional high speed doors. Wind ribs, coil cords, bottom bars and pressure
switches are eliminated and replaced by a simple, reliable soft curtain. The
Techno door also eliminates many other maintenance prone components such as
belts, chains, brakes and limit switches through the use of state of the art
electronics. A NEMA 4x direct drive motor with a five year warranty, variable
frequency drive and absolute encoder provide your operation with maximum
performance, flexibility and reliability. The self diagnostic Dynalogix control
provides user friendly monitoring and diagnostic capability. As for downtime,
our exclusive self reinsertion feature provides effortless and immediate
resetting. Should a forklift or any other material handling device accidentally
impact the door, it instantly breaks away from the door frame, and with the
simple push of the activation button, automatically reinserts itself into the
side guides. You are back up and running in seconds. No service calls, no
